John & Lauren Savory
We both grew up in Huntington, WV, and Lauren also spent two years in New Zealand as a missionary kid. John has attended RC3 since he was young. We are graduates of Marshall University (where we officially met). We lived in Washington, D.C. for six years and upon returning home in the Spring of 2012, became members of RC3. In addition to leading the Young Marrieds Small Group, John is an Elder, and Lauren is involved in the Nursery and AWANA Ministries. John works as a software developer and Lauren is a healthcare attorney. In our spare time, we enjoy Marshall sports, reading, traveling, tennis, and eating Chick-fil-A. We live in Proctorville, Ohio with our children Thomas and Victoria, and our Schnoodle, Saxby.
