Welcome to River Cities!
We are a multi-generational church family. The strength of this diversity is that we can lean on the wisdom of our more experienced members while championing the energy of younger generations. Whatever your age or where you are on your spiritual journey, our doors are open and you are welcome!
What to Expect
Sunday Worship: 9:30 AM or 11:15 AM. You can expect to be pointed toward Jesus Christ as we join in dynamic worship and open our Bibles (via paper or app) to learn together from God's Word. We have a praise band and a choir and sing both contemporary music and some hymns. ASL interpretation (sign language) is provided during the 9:30 AM service (back left of the worship center). If you'd like more information about our Silent Voice ministry for the hearing impaired, please contact us at [email protected]
Attire: Casual. You'll see a variety of styles at RC3: jeans, shorts, dresses, khakis, etc.
Parking: There are four parking lots: blue, green, red, and yellow. The main entrance is in the blue lot and has a portico making it easy to drop people off, especially in poor weather.
Nursery & Kids Church: Our children enjoy a well-staffed nursery and kids program designed to partner with parents to provide age-appropriate Bible teaching and other fun activities. The safety of our children is of utmost importance to us. All of our Nursery workers and Kids Church volunteers submit to a background screening. For your convenience, we offer two check-in stations, which are located in the Gym and in the Cafe Wing. If it's your first time, please allow a few minutes to fill out paperwork. If your child is an infant - 3 years old, you will receive a buzzer should you be needed during the service (or you may opt to get a text message on your phone). You will also be given a label to give to the volunteer when you pick up your child. If your child is 4 years old (potty trained) - 5th grade, you will receive a label for pickup. Children 6th grade and older will be with you in the service.
Small Groups: The best way to get connected at River Cities Church. The purpose of these groups is to study God's Word, build relationships and community, and serve together. You can find a small group to join here.
