It is a wonderful truth that God accomplishes His purposes on earth through us. God is at work in and through us, and we are along for the ride! This divine-human cooperative makes the Christian life an exciting journey. You have probably heard the saying, “When God closes a door, He opens a window.” This adage is illustrated in today’s passage.
- When God closes a door, keep trusting, vv. 6-10.
- When God opens the window, start moving, vv. 10-15.
Two important lessons from this “Closed doors; open windows” passage:
